Qualifications for Bulgarian Citizenship

To qualify under the Bulgaria Citizenship Program the following criteria must be met:

• The principal applicant must be at least 18 years old (no maximum age).

• The applicant must possess a valid passport and reside legally in a country.

• The applicant must pass a medical and security background check.

• The applicant must provide a declaration explaining the source/origin of invested funds.

• The applicant must visit Bulgaria twice during the process.

• Applicants must make a qualifying investment in Bulgaria as described below.
